What Happens During the Visit

Check-In & Registration

Our team will welcome you, register your visit, and check your vital signs (temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels).

One-on-One with Dr. Purushottam

You’ll meet with Dr. Purushottam, who will listen closely and ask questions to understand your symptoms and medical history. He’ll then perform a focused cardiovascular physical exam to identify any concerning signs.

Assessment & Recommendations

• Based on your visit, Dr. Purushottam will:

• Share his clinical impressions

• Recommend appropriate testing if needed

• Work with you and your family to build a personalized treatment plan through Shared Decision Making

If More Testing Is Needed

In some cases, we may need additional testing to determine the diagnosis or severity of the problem. In other situations, your symptoms may not be related to the heart or blood vessels—in which case we’ll recommend follow-up with your primary care provider and help guide your next steps.
